 2010 Prices/ Reservations

Cabin number 6 is a 2 level townhome with Clearwater Lake frontage in the front, and views of Grass Lake from the back. The cabin will sleep up to six comfortably. There is a bedroom with one queen bed, a bedroom with two twin size beds, and two queen sofa sleepers, one in the loft area upstairs and one in the living room. There is a portable air conditioning unit and satellite tv.

Sheets, bedding and dishes, utensils and pots and pans are provided. There is also a grill located in the front of the cabin. You should bring your own food, paper products, towels, charcoal, lighter fluid and personal care items.

To book a reservation, or for questions, please call 763-227-0618. Availability is first-come, first served. Once we receive your request we must receive the $300 non-refundable deposit and a signed copy of the rental request within 5 days in order to hold your reservation. You can pay by personal check or credit card via paypal - you do not need to have a Paypal account. All Paypal payments will have a 3% service charge added.  We will send you a separate invoice for the rental balance, which is due a minimum of 15 days before your vacation. All rates are subject to a 6.875% MN Sales Tax.

Deposit: A $300 Deposit and a signed copy of the rental agreement is required to hold your reservation. 

Rates:  Rates quoted are for up to 4 people.  $25 per nite per additional guest, or $150 per week.  Full payment is due 15 days prior to reservation.
