• We supply sheets, pillows and blankets. You should bring your own bath and beach towels, etc. We have cooking utensils and dishes, and typically have paper towels, coffee filters and toilet paper there. You should bring food and personal items.
• Check in is at 3:00, check out at 11:00 a.m.  in order for the cabin to be prepared for the next guest.   
• Do not remove ANY items from the townhome, even temporarily.  If you think you will need a lawnchair for the beach, please bring one. There are benches at the beach, and lounge furniture at the pool for your use. If you have family members renting another unit - do not bring dishes, etc. to that unit.  We do not have access to other units.  You will be charged for missing items.
• Absolutely no one under the age of 14 at the pool without an adult present.  Only one person on the waterslide at a time.  No diving in the pool.   Pool hours are 10 am to dusk. Pool Rules are posted in the cabin, all guests must follow these rules or will be asked not to use the pool.  All children should be supervised at all times.
• Be aware that cabin is not "childproofed".
• Do not clean fish in the cabin. There is a fishcleaning house located behind the townhomes. All fish "guts" should be wrapped up and put in the freezer located in the rec room.
• Absolutely no pets or smoking in the cabin.
• Before you leave you must empty all garbage cans and bring garbage to the dumpster located in the parking lot. Do not leave leftover food in the cabin.  Please wash your dishes (you can leave them in the rack to dry).  Place all used bedding on the bed or in a pile for washing. While we will have someone clean the cabin for the next renter, we fully expect that you will leave the cabin in the same state that you found it.  Any extra workload for our cleaner may be charged back to you.
• Close all of the windows, turn off lights and fans, and lock the doors.

  All guests are expected to be aware of and follow these rules.  

Hold Harmless Clause: Renter(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless Myra and Jimmy Jensen (owners) and the Maple Hill Owners Association from any and all damage, or loss, or liability of any kind whatsovever occasioned upon and/or within the leased premises, or ways or walks or concourse adjacent thereto, by reason of any injury or property of third persons occasioned by any act or omission, neglect, or wrongdoing of the renter or any of his/her assigns, guests, invitees or other person admitted by the renter to the premises, and the renter will at his/her own cost and expense, defend and protect owner against any and all such claims or demands.  The renter further agrees to exercise due care in the preservation of the premises and to prevent loitering and presence of unauthorized persons during usage period.
